Miami-Dade County Commissioner Rebeca Sosa extends an invitation to all residents of Miami Springs to a special ceremony in honor of former City of Miami Springs Manager Mr. Jim Borgmann. She will be presenting him with a special recognition on the occasion of his retirement and in honor of his many years of service to our community. The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, February 15th, 2012, at 9 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners Chamber of the Stephen P.
