District 6 Home Beautification Program
Notice from District 6 Commissioner Rebeca Sosa
1. The Beautification Program for owner occupied single-family detached homes in unincorporated District Six, City of West Miami and Miami Springs provides homeowners with exterior painting and/or landscaping.
2. Participation in the program is subject to availability of funds and is subject to change without notice. Forgivable loans will be provided on a first come first served basis.
3. 5 year lien will be placed on the home, until the loan is forgiven.
4. Requirements to qualify for this program are as follows:
a. Be the owner/occupant of the home
b. The home is a single family home (not an apartment or duplex)
c. Not own other investment properties
d. Meet the maximum income requirements listed below

| 6 | $63,150 |
| 7 | $67,500 |
| 8 | $71,850 |
5. Property maximum assessment value $175,000
6. The home must be located in the following target area: City of West Miami, Miami Springs, Unincorporated areas of District Six
