Drive Safe Campaign: Wednesday, May 24th

On Wednesday, May 24 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Miami Springs Police Department along with the Florida Department of Transportation District Six will be conducting a multi-agency traffic safety enforcement and educational detail at various locations within Miami Springs.

Law enforcement will be focusing on aggressive driving, red light running, speeding, seatbelt use, impaired/distracted driving, move-over law compliance and general traffic safety.  Educational materials provided by the Florida Department of Transportation will also be handed out.

This event was made possible through  the Mutual-aid agreement and the Northwest Community Traffic Safety Team Program.
