Quiet Zone Coming to Miami Springs

Attached below is the presentation on "Quiet Zones" made to the City Council on March 23rd by Mr. Jose Gonzalez, senior vice-president of the Florida  East Coast Railway (FEC).  FEC is working through a process with Miami-Dade County, Miami Springs and Hialeah to create a 10-stop Quiet Zone from the Miami Springs/Medley crossing through Hialeah to the Tri-Rail connection.
