What we do

City of Miami Springs Florida Official Website

When it comes to the Information Technology Department most people are unaware of what goes on behind the scenes. Most people I come in contact with believe an IT department doesn't really do much other then fix computers when they have problems. Sure, a small part of what we do involves fixing end-user computers and keeping the viruses out.

The complexities involved in maintaining a working network are similar across the board. The same concepts applied to very large networks are the same as running a medium and small network. The difference is mostly scaling to size.

  • 104 desktop computers
