Color Palette Application

The Color Palette Ordinance requires that all buildings in Commercially Zoned Districts of Miami Springs are to be painted in one of the colors from the Color Palette. Please note:

• In painting your building, you may use up to three (3) approved palette colors.
• Minor shading variations to the Color Palette may be approved by the Zoning and Planning Department.
• No Building Permit is required for painting Commercial Buildings.

Attached to this page is a sample of the color palette brochure and color palette application. 

Please note that the interior two page section of the brochure is for the N.W. 36th Street District only.  The back page is for all other Commercially Zoned Districts.

Also be aware that this sample is not necessarily a true match for the colors, and you will need to refer to the original Benjamin Moore color samples at your local supplier for that.  Other paint brands may be used, provided that the colors are a matching equivalent.
