Dispatch Center Duties

• Emergency and non-emergency police dispatch center personnel on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Court liaison
• Provides forms for the general public
• Vacant house check forms (Miami Springs residents only)
• City maps
• Uniform traffic citation payment instruction pamphlets
• Driver's exchange crash reports
• Records Division is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. only and closed on city-observed holidays
• Copies of Miami Springs police reports
• Statistical information
• Public records requests
