Oleeta West Dade lodge 145 is the result of various mergers over time mainly the merger between Oleeta lodge founded in 1924 and West Dade lodge No. 388. These two lodges merged on May 24th 2003 forming Oleeta West Dade lodge No. 145. Under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Florida.
