Interested companies, firms, and individuals (“Bidders”) may obtain a copy of Invitation to Bid No. 02-23/24 (the “ITB”) to be issued on Feb. 6, 2024 at the City of Miami Springs, City Hall, 201 Westward Drive, Miami Springs, FL 33166 or through the Onvia DemandStar portal (www.demandstar.com). The ITB contains detailed information about the scope of services, submission requirements, and selection procedures.
