The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department will temporarily modify its water treatment process from October 13 through October 26, 2025. During this period, residents may experience a slight chlorine taste or odor in their tap water.
This is a routine and temporary adjustment that forms part of the department’s annual maintenance program to ensure the continued delivery of safe, high-quality drinking water to our community.
The water remains safe to drink and use as usual.
