About the Public Information Office
The Public Information Office (PIO) for the City of Miami Springs serves as the official communications link between the City and its residents, businesses, and visitors. The PIO is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and transparent information about City services, programs, initiatives, and emergency updates. This office works closely with all departments—including Police, Office of the City Manager, Office of the City Clerk, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and City Administration—to keep the community informed and engaged.
The Public Information Office manages the City’s website, social media platforms, press releases, newsletters, and media relations. Whether promoting community events, highlighting local achievements, or disseminating important updates, the PIO is committed to fostering an open dialogue and ensuring residents stay connected to their local government.
