DMV's F.L.O.W. Driver License & ID Services Coming to Miami Springs

The City of Miami Springs, in partnership with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), will host Florida Licensing On Wheels (F.L.O.W.) mobile office services for residents throughout 2026. This convenient program brings driver license and ID services directly to our community.

1401 Westward Drive, Miami Springs 

Service Dates (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

F.L.O.W. services will be available on the first Wednesday of every other month:

• March 4, 2026

• May 6, 2026

• July 1, 2026

• September 2, 2026

• November 4, 2026

Services Available

• Driver License Renewal — $48

• CDL License Renewal — $75

• Late Renewal Fee — $15

• First-Time ID Card — $25

• Name or Address Change — $25

• Convert Out-of-State License — $48

• Duplicate License or ID Card — $25 

Written exams and driving tests are not offered at this mobile location.

Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Visa (credit/debit), cash, and personal checks are accepted.

State requirements for driver licenses and ID cards are in effect. Residents should review required documents before their appointment by visiting the FLHSMV “What to Bring” resources online.
