Joseph Dion serves as the Group II Councilman for the City of Miami Springs. A Miami-Dade native, Dion is a small-business owner with extensive experience in professional process serving, representing clients across South Florida. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers, contributing to education, standards, and advocacy within the profession.
Elected in 2025, Dion focuses on strengthening public safety, supporting smart and sustainable development, enhancing infrastructure, and preserving the community’s green spaces and small-town character. He is committed to transparent, responsive governance and ensuring Miami Springs remains a safe and welcoming place for all residents.
Dion lives in Miami Springs with his wife, Melissa, and their daughter.
