Orlando "Landy" Lamas currently serves as the Group III Councilman for Miami Springs. A licensed architect and general contractor, Lamas is a longtime small-business owner in the area and has played a key role in local development. Lamas has worked on notable projects across Miami-Dade County, including Dolphin Mall and Bayside Marketplace. He is also principal of a full-service construction firm and has founded several other companies in real estate and hospitality.

Lamas is focused on responsible growth, preserving community character, and strengthening the local economy. As a resident of Miami Springs for more than two decades, he’s deeply committed to ensuring the city remains vibrant, safe, and sustainable. Lamas holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and is involved with professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council. 

He lives in Miami Springs with his wife, Arianna, and their two sons.
