REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

CITY OF MIAMI SPRINGS

PROJECT: Miami Springs Senior/Multi-Purpose Center

BUDGET: $59,352.00

LOCATION: 343 Payne Drive, Miami Springs FL 33166 (Aka: 101 Apache Street)

ELIGIBILITY: Open Call to all professional artists residing in South Florida. 

The City of Miami Springs Art in Public Places Program requests qualifications from professional artists with demonstrated experience in creating permanent, site-specific exterior/ interior art work for the new Miami Springs Senior/Multi-Purpose Center. 

Applications from architects, landscape architects or other design professionals will not be considered unless included as part of an artist-led team.

Employees of Miami Springs, Miami-Dade County, as well as selection panelists and panelists’ immediate family members, are excluded from participation in this public art project.
