New MSPD Service Aide

Brizuela Pic

Honorable introduction by Miami Springs Police Chief Armando Guzman of our new MSPD Service Aide, Alfredo Brizuela, was held in last night's Council Meeting. This new member of the Miami Springs Police Department comes to us with a decorated past, as he is an Army Veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division, and successfully completed two tours in Afghanistan.

Brizuela also served two additional years with the National Guard and has a Master's Degree in Social Work. Our City Officials and Staff are proud to have Brizuela as part of the team, with hopes of him becoming a Miami Springs Police Officer in the very near future. We are a proud military community, hosting a few veterans to include the City Manager William Alonso, Vice-Mayor Jaime Petralanda, and Councilman Bob Best, amongst many other City officials and employees.
