The Miami Springs Police Department K-9 Units are assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division and work various shifts. The K-9 Teams are on-call 24 hours a day in the event they are needed to search for a criminal suspect, sniff out narcotics, or locate discarded articles that are of an evidentiary nature.
