Under the direction of the City Manager and City Council, the Administration oversees the daily operations of the City and works collaboratively with all municipal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality public services.

The Administration is responsible for implementing City policies, managing municipal resources, preparing and administering the annual budget, overseeing personnel and operations, and coordinating community initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Miami Springs.
