RFP# 05-18/19 - Capital Construction Financing

The City is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions (“Proposer(s)”), to provide a tax-exempt bank qualified fixed rate Capital Construction Financing (the "Loan") at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions.   

The proceeds of the "Note" will be for construction of a new senior center/multipurpose center (Approximately $4,700,000), and for parking lot lighting at the Curtiss Mansion (Approximately $300,000.00). No real Property shall be acquired with the proceeds.
