Curtiss Mansion, Inc.

Curtiss Mansion Inc. (CMI) is a Florida-based non-profit organization established in 1998 to preserve the home and legacy of Miami Springs founder Glenn Hammond Curtiss, who was a renowned aviator, inventor, and developer. This historic mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is considered a perfect example of Pueblo Revival-style. The CMI mission is to restore and operate the home and gardens of Glenn Curtiss as an educational center focusing on his inventions and contributions, while also serving as a venue for various events.

CMI offers diverse programming inspired by the Chautauqua Institute model, including arts presentations, lectures, films, exhibits, classes, and youth activities. They have also hired an Executive Director to manage operations and continue expanding their offerings.
