Miami-Dade County has just issued Amendment #2 to Order 23-20, as well as Amendment #2 to Order 21-20 which allows summer camps, gyms, fitness centers, youth activities, tattoo and massage parlors, and dog parks, among other businesses, to open on Monday, June 8.
