Registering as a Vendor with our City
The Purchasing Department maintains a list of prospective vendors classified by commodity or service. You may be placed on this list by completing the City's vendor application, commodity listing detail and W-9 form. To assure that you are included under all of the appropriate categories, we ask that you be specific about the items or services that you provide. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office as listed below.
Vendors are encouraged to create a free profile on DemandStar - https://network.demandstar.com/ in order to automatically receive notifications for all solicitations advertised by the City.
Please note: All vendors shall be registered in E-verify and proof of enrollment is a required item. Please kindly send your completed vendor application, W-9 and proof of E-verify enrollment to the Procurement Department.
