Mobile Driver License and Identification Services
The City of Miami Springs, in partnership with Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez, Mayor Walter Fajet, Councilman Fabian Perez-Crespo, and the Miami Springs Police Department, is pleased to bring convenient mobile licensing services directly to our residents through the TConnect Mobile FLOW Services program.
Service Schedule
Mobile licensing services are available on the first Wednesday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.

- Driver License Renewal, Replacement, and Reinstatement
- Original and Renewal Florida Identification Cards
- Vehicle Registration Renewals
- Add or Remove Organ Donor Designation and Other Restrictions
- Handicap Parking Permit Applications and Renewals
Please note that driving tests and written examinations are not available through this service.
Required Documents
Individuals must bring original documents to verify identity, Social Security number, and proof of residential address.

Additional Information
If your current Florida Driver License or Identification Card displays the REAL ID star, additional documents are generally not required unless you are changing your address or are a non-immigrant applicant.
