This afternoon, MSPD learned of a change to the traffic pattern on NW 36th Street starting this coming Monday. No one in the city administration was contacted, notified, warned or consulted about this change or its impacts to our traffic flow.
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW:
Effective Monday March 16th, 2015 the east bound lanes of NW 36th Street approaching the bridge across South River Drive will be narrowed to only ONE LANE. This ONE LANE will be the only way to cross the bridge or to make a right turn onto NW South River Drive. Residents are advised to seek alternate routes when exiting the East side of the city or to avoid NW 36th Street heading East altogether.
This closure is expected to last approximately 2 weeks.
