The City of Miami Springs Human Resources Department provides several diversified services to employees and assistance to all departments in regards to personnel matters. Because the City is committed to maintaining a Drug Free Workplace and hiring safe & competent employees, a requirement for new hires to submit to a physical examination and drug screening is a condition of employment, as is a background check via local and national databases.
